About Our Nannies

Flying Tots value the importance and responsibility of caring for children. The emphasis is to promote a work/home life balance for our clients thus ensuring personal care and attention is brought to the child day and/or night, without the strain or worry. We recognise how vital it is to observe and protect your child whilst you are away from the home. We also know and understand how difficult it can be to employ a nanny under shift work patterns. Flying Tots thrive on flexibility, experience, training and professionalism. This is why it is imperative to choose the right nanny especially for you, to suit your needs.

Our Flying Tots nannies become responsible for your children’s physical health and well being for the time spent with them whilst you are away. Our nannies are aware that they quickly become role models to the children they care for and a trusted part of the family as well as a valued employee of Flying Tots.

All nannies are hand picked by the management team at Flying Tots. We encourage familiarisation with each other, and well being amongst the team. This strengthens our nannies stimulating a healthy rapport and active communication, hence excellent customer service. In turn, Flying Tots builds a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the nannies we have assigned to care for your children, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Assigning Your Nanny

All nannies and parents are registered with Flying Tots before an assignment takes place. Confirmation of an assignment is based on your requirements. We will gather this information before deciding which nanny is most suited to your needs. We take into consideration the distance of residence between you and your nanny and for reasons of travel convenience. You may be allocated a backup nanny. This is a practical necessity, best suited to manage the different schedules of each family. However, the fact that your child will have an allocated nanny and a backup nanny simply means that we endeavour to care for your child whenever possible who will then, in turn, become accustomed to our professional team.
